There are some videos on porn sites like Youporn or Xvideos that try to teach this.  Some are phony but some are pretty good.  Not all women can do it, but it's pretty awesome when they can!  In general you want to work up to it and when she's wet and ready, stroke the G-spot (spongy tissue up behind the clit a couple of inches inside) using one or two fingers with a firm "cum here" motion.  Tonguing the clit and some firm pressure on the mons will usually help.  It may take a while but as long as she's moaning happily, keep working it. YMMV but communicate with your partner.  She'll let you know when you're getting it right.  Even if she doesn't squirt, she's going to have a powerful O, almost guaranteed!

But for those that do, it is usually a combination of G-spot and clit stimulation that brings them over. At least in my limited experience. When it does happen, it is a wonderful experience in which to participate.
