So I went to a spot where my homeboys chill.... anywho..
When I’ve seen “friends” in the area the usual place to “exercise” is on the bed. Im a short guy and I cant angle it up on the bed to well so I prefer to exercise on the couch...its lower to the ground and you can get maximum thigh n calf work outs. Can break a good sweat too. I also like to wear my shoes while exercising, no slippage. Can give those hammy’s a good stretch too.
Have you ever had both feet on the bed while squatting and lost your balance? I have...it sucks!
I also like to stretch it out on the desk, desk chair and always love to move the furniture and make my way to the floor. (Always throw the blanket down first.. floors can be dirty.) That makes for some really good workouts and angles.
Then there are the rooms with an ottoman.. oh yes! With the right height.. its leg day all day baby!
Anyone else like switchin’ it up when workin out?
