Those pics are a scourge on TinEye. One had 50+ another 70+ matches. I would say they're fake pics.

This ad is part of a group of scam eros ads. This particular ad with these pictures has been on eros in various forms for over a year.
I say "group eros ads" because it is an easily identifiable group since these ads are all "updated" together on the same day each week, and these group ads all have very similar format and pricing.
If you watch the eros feature "what's new" you will see groups of similar ads that are posted or updated all together on a given day and that all have the same look and feel.
