I was hoping for a breakfast companion, maybe a workout and then breakfast or vice versa. October 14th? Anyone. Anyone?

5am or 6am? I am an early bird... 8am or later would work too! LOL!  

I always have coffee with a side of porn in the mornings, would be better to have some live action though

I can't meet this week as I am in bed rest. I was at the gym doing my morning WOD  yesterday and hurt my ankle, it's swelling to the outside of my achilles tendon.  Im on crutches now. Next week I will be up and moving again.
