I may have been guilty of it, but after a while, seemed disingenuous. So if it seemed that way to me, know it did to you guys.

I like the diversity of ladies posting on the board. Cross-promoting also helps build the community. Don't like it? Don't read it, just scroll through.

Im a firm believer that everything done should be in a properly balanced manner.Like the saying goes, "Too much of a good thing can be deemed bad".In the same sense,if you over promote other ladies on your timeline it may come if as being disingenuous to the gents.And their perspectives matter in the issue bc afterall the primary reason we tweet is for them.So if done in moderation,promoting another lady shouldnt be muc of an issue.

Now i myself often find myself promoting other ladies on my timeline,afterall we are all in this together and should ban together. However i use that with caution.I make sure the ladies i choose to retweet are ladies i myself look up to.I make sure that i promote a lady that if the shoe was on the other foot,i too would see her.It just cant be random retweeting just to be doing it.

there are a handful of usual suspects who lurk this board and it would be nice if the referrals were more surprising

I think it is utterly pathetic that several providers continue to respond to every single ISO on the Md and the DC Boards. I have seen them responding and not even being available when the OP is even looking for a provider or what they are looking for.  

I guess some providers are extremely desperate. and to me that is a big red flag seeing that the money is more important than the experience.  

It must suck to be so desperate.

Good evening.  I’m a new member to TER  and I’ve looked to get familiar with everyone; and have spent some time reading the more recent posts.  I may be missing something (in which case I’m off base) but it seems as if several these ladies are comfortable recommending other providers based on a person’s interest.  That, to me, seems like a good thing in that there aren’t issues between them.  Maybe it’s the post’s I’ve read however I appreciate the collaboration.   At the end of the day maybe I’m off base and am missing something (and by no means am looking to create an issue) however as someone new to the board, I appreciate the posts as well as the “cross pollination”.  Cheers
