Suggest that you go to ad boards and search "Vietnamese" for the last 300 days or whatever.  You'll be hard pressed to find any local Vietnamese talent in either DC or Baltimore.  There was a hot looking Vietnamese/Hawaiian mix visiting DC this past July.  Actually, I'm surprised because there's a lot of Vietnamese living in the NoVA area.
