Today I had a date to see a 9/9 reviewed provider this morning.  When I made the appointment, I had forgotten about Daylight Savings Time.  Needless to say, when I say her this AM, she was tired and not her perky self.  I felt like she was "just being there".  I am sure if she were well rested, I would have had a 9/9 time but it turned out to be 9/7.  A corollary. Be the first the day after Fall Back- she will have had an extra hour of sleep :-)

I hope nobody scheduled an hour session to start at 2:00 a.m. today. Daylight savings time starts tonight so the clock will "spring forward" one hour at 2:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. meaning the session will be over before it gets started.
