I use the Opera Browser's built-in VPN. Works fine from either desktop/laptop or phone. For the phone (Android) it's the Opera Beta Version that currently features VPN functionality. Don't know if it's available for iPhone, sorry. But that doesn't change the fact that there's hardly anything remaining on TER worth checking out (for the US-based client). And, without a source of reliable and recent reviews, things have gotten more complicated for both sides of any adult transaction. My Whitelist referrals, for example, are viewable by me but (so I've been told) not by providers. The system as it existed is broken, running on fumes, and will continue declining unless something happens to inject new life.
Maybe we should suggest renaming DC as the "District of Crickets?" FOSTA-SESTA had a widespread chilling effect on internet-based speech and related consensual adult activity. TER is just one prominent casualty, among others.
