Jeep, I'll bet you're talking about that business where you type a bunch of stuff, hit send afterwards, and you get that dreaded screen that your session timed out and you have to log back in.  When you log back in, you find out that everything you typed got lost in cyberspace and didn't send.  Then you either have to retype it (curses), or just say fuck it.

 Anymore before I send, I highlight the contents of my pm's, right click the mouse button, and choose "copy" from the pulldown.  Then, if that happens, I can resend the pm, put the cursor in the message area, right click, and choose "paste".  Presto, it's all back in there.  Then, there is no way that it took long enough to time out.  Someone else told me that they first type their documents in word, and then highlight, copy, set up the e-mail and then paste in the message area (which accomplishes the same thing).  There's more than one way to skin a cat, and beat TER at its own game.
