I gave her a couple of calls and left a few voicemails. Received no answer and no call back. I waited around for 10 minutes and headed home. My roommate tore his Achilles tendon. I rushed him to hospital and forgot my phone. Upon return, I called and emailed with profuse apologies. We had a huge blizzard, what would any decent person do? "Sorry mate, you have to lie in your room a bit, I have to entertain, here's some advil."
