Looked at the pics.  Saw a $750/hr quality women providing services for $60.  Remembered that it was just a very short year ago that I would have called her actually expecting it to be her at the door and expecting to get laid.

"One bridge in good condition in NYC". I'm tired of all the headaches and I'm willing to lease you a management option and after 30 years of payments it's yours.
