Headed to town in June and aside from the normal touristy stuff, what’s recommended for food I can’t miss! Perhaps a photo spot that’s to die for? Because I love to eat… And take pics. Xo

Everything. I love seafood. Good steak can never go wrong. What’s DC famous for?!

There are several notable places in DC itself:
- Charlie Palmer Steakhouse - Constitution Ave NW
- Medium Rare - Connecticut Ave
- Old Ebbitt Grill - 15th street (near White House; you might even see someone famous there)
- The Palm - 19th Street NW
- Sequoyah- Washington Harbor, Georgetown waterfront- K Street NW

*Stick in Northwest (NW)

Just outside of DC in Chevy Chase, MD is La Ferme - terrific French restaurant and great atmosphere.

Also, J. Gilberts in Mclean, VA has steaks and seafood and their Sunday Brunch is spectacular!

If you like Mexican try Lauriol Plaza in NW near Dupont Circle.

If you like Indian try Rasika - they have two locations in DC and I ate at the one in Penn Quarter - I think it's D Street NW

Spanish food - Taberna del Alabardero is awesome on I St NW

The Monocle near the Capitol is a well-known place with good American food.
