Some providers will not let clients use their own condoms because of safety concerns. There are several reasons, and trust is a big reasons. Condoms do expire, depending on how the condom is stored, it can affect its condition, some clients put holes in the condoms, some ladies are sensitive to certain types of condoms and it can cause irritation, and there are other reasons.

As with you, I have also ran into some providers that do not have their own lube, and sometimes they do not have condoms and call me to pick to them up. I guess that ran out and do want to go to the store because our scheduled time I guess.

I was curious to see how many hobbyist bring their own condoms.  If so what are the reasons for doing so.

Ladies what do you think about a client with their own condoms?

I always bring my own condoms because some ladies do not have the right size of condoms that fit me. I have had plenty of condoms that were just too tight, and that caused major accidents. Sometimes it slips off, and it feels like there is no room.

I usually bring my own condoms for my comfort. However, I've met some providers that didn't allow me to use my own condoms for safety reasons. And, I don't mind using their condoms. Either way works fine with me. But, I do bring my own condoms and will use them if permitted.

I started carrying my own condoms after the second time a lady "forgot" to bring any. I was a slow learner.

I always bring my own, but a couple of times I've had providers insist on using their condoms (which are usually a bit tight for me). I should have asked at the time, but I'm curious as to why. I've also run into providers who don't have condoms or lube, do it's good that I bring my own.

I use magnums and always bring a couple, especially when meeting a new lady ;) I have never had a problem with bringing my own and do tend to stick with a few regular ladies which tends to help with familiarity and all.

She will have all her items she needs. I am sure most fellas don't go off to work without their required work related essentials.

Every provider should be well prepared from small to xl variety. I would never trust anyone with bringing their own. As stated above some men have in the past tried to pull off condoms in the first place. SO not all guys demonstrate common sense. so...

weather it is a magnum or a thumb cover or dental dam.... I hope she has hers. and all you need to do is show up.

Is that not another thing you need to worry your SO will find a condom>>>>

I have been known to often slip a small bottle of lube into my pocket, particularly if I'm going to see if Greek play is possible.  I did once meet a lady who was happy to do Greek, but had misplaced her lube (we had done it on a previous occasion, and on a later one as well), and I was disappointed when we couldn't go through with it for that lack.  Ever since then, I bring my own.

I would expect a lady to be hesitant about using condoms I'd brought if she didn't know me, and would be annoyed greatly if she found herself not possessing the proper gear.  I'm also not pleased with the prospect of having condoms found by an SO; I can explain away lube as jerk-off assistance, or just throw it away after every appointment, but condoms are another matter entirely.

If she's allergic or whatever, I'll use what she has, but I'd never leave it up to chance and hope she has one. As far as the SO potentially finding it, that's what hiding spots in the car are for.
