I've attached the mini review guidelines for those that may want to review it again before posting future mini's. I too saw that mini and it was probably deleted because it violated one or more of their mini review policies. Someone may have reported that mini thread because it didn't follow the guidelines and received 2 VIP days for doing so. Yes, for each report that has been approved, you will received 2 VIP days.

I have also attached the TER manual. BTW, there is also a small possibility that the OP that created that mini requested that his mini be removed for other reasons such as personal reasons. Hope that answer your questions.
