Was talking with a regular of mine last week and I recommended a lady in the area for when I was going to be out of town. He replied, with a look on his face as if he had just eaten a bite of spoiled food, "She has way to many reviews. Classy ladies cant have so many reviews."
This made me remember another time a client asked me to recommend someone for doubles. When I recommended that lady he said the same thing. "She has so many reviews tho? Can't you recommend someone with a few pages like you?" Now since then I have aquired 2 pages more of reviews. I believe I have 60-something spread out over several years. I dont think thats 2 bad. Now I kinda dont want anymore for fear of turning off clients. The majority of my guys don't review and never have out of discretion. At least half of my reviewers have had the courtesy of asking first which is nice. So here is my question.....
Are alot of reviews a turn off? Does a hundred+ reviews make you run 2 book her or run from her grossed out? Do you even care? Very curious about you guy's perspective on this topic
To me there is no such thing as a low volume provider. Many providers have reviews on other boards and many clients do NOT review at all. So you cannot really know how many guys a girl sees. It's just like availability. I am available maybe once or twice a week, and other girls are available every day, four days, 5 days a week. No one can tell. Truth is any provider sleeps with more men on a yearly basis then a civvy girl. 9 times out of 10 I would say that statement is correct.
And a number is a number and does not project ones class or lack thereof.
If a girl has more than a few standard deviations above the median number of average number of reviews an experienced working girl has by the time she reaches a few years, we can probably define that as having too many reviews.
Aside from the numerical definition of too many, I'd focus on the quality of the reviews as well. If the reviews only rehash the same old story over and over, then I'd consider that the lady has too many reviews that repeat the same shit. I for one hardly ever read any more than 1 or 2 reviews before I see a girl.
32 pages of reviews will most certainly go unnoticed but will no doubt leave me with the impression "Damn this girl must fuck a lot!". Because it's been said that only around 1/10th of guys even write a review and the wealthier clients usually have less incentive to write reviews because they can pay for their own TER vip membership.
Realistically though, I'd say a girl with a lot of reviews have higher chance of having ACCURATE and HONEST reviews under her belt compared to a provider with a much smaller number of reviews. Reason being: it's obviously more work involved and harder to fake that large a number of reviews unless the girl is literally writing her own reviews every week or giving incentives for writing good reviews.
There's a girl with almost 700-800 reviews under her belt. I'd say that is far too many and a very big turn off for me no matter how honest and accurate the reviews are.
Also, here's another point of view: While we are all aware that this is a business, GFE by definition is an illusion. Sometimes we like to feel as if we're getting something a bit exclusive and rare. I for one like seeing sophisticated, rare, and upscale ladies.
I guess, it doesn't matter if they really are exclusive and rare or not... They may even be snorting coke and have other problems in their civvy life, but as long as they appear clean, classy, mentally stable and mature, and beautiful during the brief time I'm with them... that is the illusion I'm renting. In a sense, some of us are indeed dumb and foolish but this is a 'hobby' after all. We are in a make believe world where we are temporarily with the "girl of our dreams".
And my dream girl doesn't exactly have 800 reviews under her belt...
So, in my opinion, I feel that a girl can choose which audience she will target.
Some guys like the illusion of a GFE experience that the provider doesn't fuch many guys. I certainly don't expect that. As long as she's not obviously thinking about the next guy while she's with me, I don't care.
I prefer more than a page of reviews. It's an indication she knows what she's doing.
For sweeties like you Sid, I look at your reviews to two reasons: 1) to remember what it was like when I was with you, and 2) to see if you've "still got it" so I can think about when I can book you again.
I really don't care. I look for quality memorable experiences.
MAYBE some guys think that a smaller review count will be safer health wise. But REALLY it depends on how the lady does her business. Maybe some ladies feel the same way about guys with many reviews? Who knows?
To get personal about this, I can't imagine any guy being put off by your having "too many reviews". Ditto for Sydney whom I have seen. I would love to see you for the first time, you've been on my list for a while. I'd love to see Sydney again too. (Wish I had listened to some advice she gave me, BTW.) However circumstances are indicating that my unwilling retirement from this little world is close at hand. So that sentiment is kind of pointless.

If a guy is looking for a young, inexperienced spinner that doesn't know what she is doing and will just lay there, then perhaps they could think many reviews is a bad thing.
For me, and many gents in the hobby, we appreciate a lady that is well experienced, knows what she likes and wants to have a great time for herself as well as the gentleman. So, for many of us, there is no such thing as too many reviews.
Sorry you had a couple of guys give you the wrong impression. You need to increase the number of gents in your survey to get an accurate measure. I volunteer to be the next!!

I would be more concerned with too few or no reviews unless the lady was recommended by someone I trust. Once a lady gets established the number of reviews does not really matter to me. So to answer your question, no, they are not a turn off for me.

I know that too many reviews is a negative for at least some guys. If a provider had many pages of reviews in an extended period of time, it wouldn't look bad. When a provider has many reviews within a short period, she'll come across as a high volume provide, and many guys don't like that. . . at least don't want to know that.
(By the way, occasionally you'll see a provider whose age is listed as, for example, 18-20 and has 3 years of reviews. That's not good either.)
As for my preference, I evaluate all factors for each provider. Having lot of reviews could be a plus or could be a minus, depending on other factors.

the only turn off for me is if I get the sense that the provider is actively urging guys to write reviews. Sort of feel like a "quid pro quo" is going on. I think a guy should write a review if he feels personally motivated to do so, not pressured.
who is to say that the lady of fiewer reviews hasn't seen more people than the well reviewed lady?
I know of a lady in Ireland and she totally play that! SHe makes sure to have no more than 10 reviews each time. Personally I think some people take this review thing too far. If a lady has too many reviews, not enough reviews, too good, too bad the reviews.....come on guys!

I wouldn't kick you out of bed for eating crackers so the number of reviews you or any other lady has certainly wouldn't impact my decision to see you. I think I would find it a little odd if someone was around for years and didn't have several pages of reviews.
Besides, I'm not exactly the most active but I've written my fair share of reviews and I wouldn't want the ladies to start using the number of reviews I've written as a criteria for seeing me.
We should get together sometime and discuss this is more detail. 
I don't mind pages of reviews, although I can understand the viewpoint that a provider has seen too many people. Its kind of like a hotel, the hotel wants you to think you're the only person thats ever been in the room, even though you know that not to be true. remember the paper around the toilet lid days, folding the toilet paper roll, paper over the cups? Now its freshly vacuumed floors, new sheets, nicely folded towels, hair dryer cord wrapped, lots of little touches. If you see too many reviews, you start thinking wow - how many guys have been down there before. That however, doesn't bother me personally.
Its not the pages, but the years that get to me. If a provider is saying she is 25 with history going back seven years, um, yeah, no dice. Even if she doesn't give an age, it shows her years in the business which may be a negative depending on the reviews. Positive reviews, good sign - professional that 'enjoys' her work. Mediocre reviews, she's been in the business too long. If I'm looking for a younger provider, I know she isn't regardless of the youthful pictures (which the pictures may be old).

not the number of reviews. Of course, some people do think the way you mention. That's their deal, not yours or any other woman's issue. Can't be all things. They are missing out if that's a primary decision factor.

It depends how far spread out they are.
For example, if you have 15+ reviews in a month, well... Yeah that's a turnoff because it screams high volume, especially considering, probably 10% of clients review (or so it has been estimated by the data nerds here). Sorry, I don't want to be the 10th guy you see that day lol.
I don't consider the number of reviews unless it is 1 or 2. One of my ATF's is Angelina who proudly boasts about having over 300 reviews.
The more reviews a lady has the more information a guy will have before contacting her. A large number of reviews can help one ignore the rare bad review from a guy who had a bad day or bears a grudge. Of course, if the reviews are more than five years old, they're not really helpful. We all age, so I typically like to see at least a dozen or so reviews from the past year to get a better sense of a lady's current offerings, appearance, and personality.
Any guy refuses to see a lady with 100+ reviews is just deluding himself. We're all sluts here.
I see pages of reviews I'm like dam she been getting it in....then I proceed to read her menu, to see if she is really a freak by heart, and sometimes, I'm so turned off because the lady, will have a ton of reviews but her menu is whack...I'm like these guys going crazy for this sub-standard menu, boooooooo, LOL... Tamsen, I just want to be in your mouth like dentures. Sidney got a nice wide mouth on her too, would love to make her makeup run like it was in a marathon...

Some may view a lot of reviews as a safety issue. Too many reviews means high volume, which some may view as a definite carrier of an STD or unsafe for some reason. This simply an assumption some may have when looking at a provider. Personally I believe the quality of the reviews should outweigh the number of reviews.
