The spammers have all type of variations on the midget hooker scam.  The give way is text. I heard a rumor that someone has developed a web service to spot fraudulent ads.  Not sure when it will be released.

Escortfish seems like they welcome scammers. I'd say 50% of the adds are fakes, catfish, and scammers after an up front deposit.
