Sunny, you are allowed to write a mini review and post to the board to let people know about a provider while you're review is getting approved and published. Not problem at all providing a link to the girl's profile on TER while doing that.  

 
It is a review site so getting people to look at a TER review is not something the admins are going to get upset about. LOL
