Everyone has to get a start somehow.  

But how hard is it for LE to obtain a legit e-mail and legit number at ABC company? And some LE have second jobs as well. without a comprehensive background check of employment history or tax history....it seems like a future or current issue for the hobby.  

I understand giving out certain info concerns a lot of hobbyist....but the ship has to be tighten in some area or it will sink.

Yes there are ways and no I'm not going to share them.
However, I will give you this much, I suggest you take the time to study the constraints which "they must" operate under.  

If you are an absolute thinker wherein you process the world in absolutes, my best advice to you is "stay home". Most actions in life are ruled by probability factors and few things are 100 percent.  This is why people like me play BlackJack because it's the only game where you the individual if you learn, study probability, practice memory techniques can reduce the house odds against you.  

Notice I said "reduce" what comes next is what is your acceptable level of risk vs reward vs loss.

This game of hunter and hunted is basically played the same way.

There are actions and understandings which reduce and there are actions and behaviors which increases your chance of a negative outcome.

Something I learned from going on Safari in Kenya Africa while watching the animals. Study the hunter, know the predator, respect the Lion  and stop thinking like prey.

Well Constraints are almost meaningless once you look at the NSA.  
Laws work in favor of certain people....I don't hang my hat on the protection of laws.  

 
It just looks too easy for LE to infiltrate at times in a relatively cheap way. I'm not worried on my end....but as it relates to the system being shut down/crippled. These Agencies having issues and some not allowing new clients makes it seems like LE is getting over in terms of verification these days instead of looking for Bad Taxes like they did Al Capone, lol.

 
Obvi discussing things is bad....So even if LE taps a phone you get nothing. But probable cause is very subjective depending on person, time, and place. I honestly don't think everyone caught up in reverse sting said "Here is money for blah blah blah". Circumstantial evidence ain't just for murder.....

You asked a question, which any reasonably experienced hobbyist and provider knows there is no way we can't publicly comment specifically; as to why your assumptions are fueled by your lack on knowledge.     When my reply didn't validate your fears, lets be clear, you ARE projecting your fear, you CHANGED the CONTEXT of the conversation. Respectfully, that is dishonest it smacks of 'this is about validation, being right at all costs not discussion'.

Had you introduced or been honest from the beginning with  your true feelings about the NSA, your belief there is no rule of law and collapse of the system, my answer and discussion would have been different.

So now let me deal with your change of the rules. We're not NSA jurisdiction and they don't care what we do as long as we are not doing with enemies of the United States.  As for them  violating our 4th amendment rights?

So  you are right in a way, too bad it doesn't REASONABLY apply to us. I respect your point of view.  The District Attorney is not in the business of publicizing when a provider et al kicks their ass in court because they did the smart thing and went to a jury trial. It does happen however think about this, if the game is to instill fear, why would they publicize when they lose? Have you not noticed they publicize arrests, however have you not noticed they don't mention how many of those cases get dropped? Yes we disagree, the rule of law is in affect, it's just under assault right now. Ahh no, it's called they are NOT agencies, they are brothels in a fixed location ( often an apartment complex) and are extremely paranoid.  Let's be clear Date Check is not screening it's vouching. Provider references is a flawed concept which has been proven over in over.  The people you're referring to are doing what THEY KNOW and it appears to me  not willing to learn better.  

Why do I say that?  

Easy, their actions. They've taken the path of least resistance. This is not the hunter being smarter or better.  If anything it's the  fruit has has been hanging lower. Actually, they are it's called money laundering charges. Three high profile in case examples would be Miami companions, Aphrodite companions and Denver Players.   I will concede if we are talking at the vice cop level there is a zone of interpretation as to the limits of probable cause. However, there is also an  offset by how stupid you are as in STFU and how good your lawyer or law firm is.  

Now we agree, many of those cases are made because the individual did not comprehend the following:

"ANYTHING you say can and will be used against you.." and they tried to talk themselves out of it and made the officers case for them. At which point a bad or weak bust now is solid because you did their work  for them.

My law professor had a saying "enough circumstantial evidence will get you the chair." Later in life I added " true, and that's what the science of jury selection and reasonable doubt is for !"  

Lastly,  the whole concept of LE creating false identities to get over screening is a possibility and has happened in multiple jurisdictions.  However, we also must keep it in proper perspective.  If the FBI decides they are coming for you, there is nothing you can do, you're done, it's over.  They create identities that get past the Mob, so they are the standard. Now if we are talking about a state county, then the realities of budget and how much bang for the fiscal buck can we get come into play in their decision making.  In the past many LE organizations have been called on the carpet for spending too much money on one escort target. Whereas 20 busts for the same amount of money shows you're doing "something."

Perception in Politics is reality and make no mistake Law Enforcement is part of the political landscape.  

It's just the way it is from my prospective.

I'm just looking out for the Hobby and the ease of which it can be dismantled if a push is made by LE. Of course you can't kill the oldest profession....because most laws state if you give a gift to someone not your spouse and get some type of sex act in return you are breaking the law. Hence, You can charge most men in america with solicitation, haha.  But Plausible deniability or "reasonable doubt" as you put it is key in everything.  

 
However, my observation was not only inspired by recent LE activity....but by the complaints that I have seen on this board during my couple years of lurking and membership as it relates to stricter screening. I understand hobbyist concern as to abuse of info....but I think tightening things up in general would be beneficial to keep the commercialized hobby alive. Otherwise it's YMMV with a stripper and the accompanying drama..
