I, like you apparently, have a touch of Asian Fever so I also have been enjoying the increased volume of Asian selection. However, if I had to guess I'd say 20 to 30 % of the Asian ladies who answer the door will not be the Asian lady in the PICs. Maybe a relatively close facmilie...
With that said, I will give my Asian ladies credit....even if it's not the lady in the PIC the majority of them will do their best to have you leave satisfied.
the asian escorts in Phila area are few are far between (only 6 Asains advertise in Phila and maybe 2 are the real thing). I think the cheapest price is $300 and hour but many want $350 and $400 an hour. Why? Because they're all down in DC cannibalizing each other in price and trying to sell for less and less. So as you accurately note.....DC has a healthy choice of Asians and they are price competitive. However, there are several who are charging in the $1,000 - $1,500 per hour range.
I've always wondered why when you have 30 Asians with the majority charging in the $220 - $300 range that you also see 3 who are charging at the higher rates previously mentioned. With that, their appearance nor service offering would suggest the desire or need to pay such a fee in the face of much cheaper and comparable service options.
I think you're right, it doesn't have anything to do with performance or looks. In the DC area there's a lot of multimillionaires and some of them want exclusivity when it comes to their escorts. The average guy won't pay that much. I emailed Paris Chen to see if she'd come down to $500/hr. She wouldn't but she said she'd come down to $700 an hour (omstead of the two hour minimum). I think she has raised her price a little since then.

Many think if they pay outlandish rates they are getting a 'no volume' lady (how many hobbyists could/would pay that much,) not realizing that often the lady advertising at ridiculously high rates also has an entirely different persona, photo's and contact info available at 220-300 ... but, she's happy to cherry pick the fool's wallet.

Which Asians are charging $1000.00+ ?? Maybe Miko Lee (doing Greek or Multiples) can get that but most are $220 to $300. Most of the Thais will do greek for an extra $60.00 to $100.00.
