I think a lot of girls have them in their bag of tricks but use them only when either requested or if the guy is extra large or if she can tell that a traditional condom is just not going to work. I always have some on hand but only use them when needed.
Just ask!

I was with a provider who wanted to try them & asked me to be her guinea pig (one time I disn't mind being called a pig!), & I loved it!  Much less confining feeling than a regular, made insertion part of digital foreplay, and best of all could switch back & forth between BBBJ & intercourse at will with no trouble, which was nice.
