Hello everyone, I've decided to do this, thru an agency but not sure which is best, can anyone give me pointers?

As for as tatts...I hear people complaining. My back looks like a garden-which is what I wanted. Flowers and vines. I hear nothing but nice words when I'm in a certain position (smile). They are always shocked its there. I wouldn't worry too much about art work unless its really weird

Apparently you dont know the goings on behind the scenes within this industry. Agencies do not take too kindly to a girl leaving them and going Indy after they have built her up. There are a couple pimps in Federal prison now that used to operate in the DC area who got busted for this very reason. I am not saying that they are all this way but it is very common. One more thing to the threadstarter, just because she is a woman who runs an agency, it does not mean that she is less dangerou, greedy and ruthless than some of these male pimps.

For those of us who are educated in the SCIENCE of personality profiling, the fact you chose "Grigori Rasputin" as the alias to HIDE behind speaks volumes. Those of you reading this who know nothing of the Russian Historical figure, look him up. Keep eye to how history and Rasputin saw himself as a victim among other things. (Subject to which version of history you read) Then look at the results he generated for his life.
Grigori_Rasputin you present a continuous and ABSOLUTE negative view of a reality which is far from absolute. There are negative situations, neutral situations and positive situations. Like people who processes the world through pain and fear you focus solely on the most negative extreme to the exclusion of all else. (You know that is indicative of fanaticism right?) Like perpetual victims and certainty freaks it APPEARS you are one of those people who project your inner pain and fear on the world around you.
Before you even attempt to deny and say " you don't know me", dude come on you chose Grigori_Rasputin as your handle. You see women in this business as perpetual victims using phrases like "get pimped", " or "she is less dangerous, greedy and ruthless than some of these male pimps. ". If you didn't ultimately see women as less than, then you wouldn't present your argument with the immediate and absolute presumption, all women in this pond are victims. By the way we have a term for that in this industry, " it's called a Captain save a Ho".
I'm sure most providers reading this be they independent or agency girl knows exactly what I'm talking about and how ultimately demeaning it is both overtly and covertly. Usually, this personality type is an acceptable client, until they discover you the provider doesn't want or need saving, then things often go south.
Since you see all agencies as nothing more than "Pimps" and using your 'model of the world', not mine; in your conscious /subconscious reality all the providers are nothing more than whores to you. Every argument you have made is in a absolute, negative victim frame work. Therefore you can't have one belief construct without the other. Which then leads to another sad trend.
'That which we fear, loath, rail against we attract and manifest one way or another'. A personality type like you or let's not say you, like the one I'm presenting, would tend not to see higher social class, empowered women because they do not validate your negative disenfranchised view of the world. After-all, it's no secret many clients LOVE to slum it so they can feel superior to someone which then justifies their poor behavior.
Ultimately, this is why such negative personality types hate Agencies, because you (universal tense) know the honest professional ones will hold you accountable. Most independents have no back up and limited recourse. Translation: can't do shit about it. This is part of the reasons behind your attempt at marginalizing us.
Are their poor Agencies, hell us. Just as their are poor clients, poor independents. Personally, the agency owner who put a gun to girls head (most of you know whom I'm talking about) deserved to have his ass put in jail and I fully support it.
Someone like him doesn't represent me, DreamsEscorts or Taylor DCIntroductions or Pam Aphroditenyc and others.
As for Agencies not letting you leave. What often happens is the "woman" in question attempts to do it in the most dishonest fashion possible. This is the "actual cause" of what comes next. Let me tell you what my policy has always been. You want to move on, do it out the front door not the back. If you do it honorably out the front door, you'll have my support (technical, marketing & screening) and blessing. Do it dishonestly out the back, I will protect any copyrights, trademarks or names.
