In the last several months a few independents and agencies have begun to operate more openly in Fairfax County, Virginia, the Salem, Massachusetts, of the Commonwealth, ruled de facto by our favorite Irish Catholic prosecutor who is busy now with lots of death penalty cases.
I'm a near life resident of the greater NOVA-DC-MD area, and can think of no worse county than Fairfax for an indy or agency, unless you really like stainless steel handcuffs.
In Virginia bjs are felonies for a start. They call it sodomy, the crime against nature.
Is that enough or do you want to hear about the 50 or so annual arrests in NOVA? Both providers and guys.
A word to the wise. You can do this safely in Georgetown or Foggy Bottom just across the Key Bridge. Or you can await a visit from the numerous Northern Virginia federal and state autorities interested in pucblicity and re-election.
Search the newspaper archives and read about the busts and stings. The prosecutors try to keep this out of the news so that you become innocently unaware and ignorant.
