I think there are regional differences, but for DC I've found that girls advertising in Tryst are for the most part real. Lots of girls on AdultSearch are real as well. For both of those, the real ones can be verified in other ways (e.g. P411, TER reviews, their own websites, etc.). For skipthegames, the times I've looked most of girls had no other web presence or way to verify, and I have no reason to take a risk on a possible fake.

Both those sights are notorious for frauds , fake photos, and generating gruesome  , threatening texts. Stay away!  

Tryst is legit, but be ready to plop down 5 big ones.  Those ladies are not cheap.  I used to browse STG, but it has gone down in quality and reliability.  AdultSearch is garbage, but the photos make you wish it wasn't.
