Once upon a time there were a number of great Providers in the Washington, D.C. area but now only 2 make the top-100: Ivy/Sapphire Monroe and Chloe Malinina. This area is but a shadow of what it used to be when it comes to quality Providers. Not sure what happened, but it's sad. I still have a few regular UTR/GOATS that I see, but the Asian/Hispanic fuck factory girls will never be my cup of tea, LOL. I don't disagree that Top-100 is relative. It was more of a discussion starter, but to say there is plenty of talent in this area is not accurate and if you disagree, name 5 or 10 'great independent talents', not AMPs. Just look at the reviews. That is a true measure. I've been in this area for a long time, and the talent pool pales in comparison to what it used to be. It's more of a recycling of the same. Feel free to PM me some names, not that I need it. I have my go to girls when I need them. They no longer have profiles because they have real lives/jobs.
Keep in mind there are PLENTY of independent providers who are no longer in TER. Also, being in the top 100 reviews doesn't mean anything. A good portion of reviews are fake and really what does reviews mean? Most of the best women I've been with are not in the top 100 or even have a lot of reviews. 11 years in and I'm glad my ATFs aren't on the front page.

Again, I know that whole Top-100 is meaningless, it was just a conversation starter, but I will say from 2006-2012 there were quite a few DC ladies listed, and they were legit. Different times now. Anyway, I'm good with my stable, LOL
The hobby scene in the DC area is definitely not what it was twenty years ago. You don't appreciate what you have until the well runs dry. Back then touring providers from Miami based agencies would regularly travel through here. Some of them were incredible! Then those agencies got busted out of business. There were more agencies in this area as well. They have also fallen by the wayside.
What we have here now are AMPS, and Latinas from South America claiming their share of the market. Mongers who love that demographic are happy. You can still find wheat among the chaff, but that requires more research time on the keyboard.
I haven’t been in this hobby very long but appreciate all the feedback and views from hobbyists and providers alike. Helps me formulate my own preferences; but I have utilized the top 100 and their reviews to determine if I should reach out for a possible future friendly meeting. It’s obviously not until the conclusion of hanging out can I even possibly determine if the experience was awesome or not. But I do know all of you are right; we develop and have ATF friends; and if not for TER I wouldn’t know where else to research and look for reliable information.

I travel a lot. Nyc, and LA, Miami probably have deeper benches. But, in my experience, the “top” ladies here - ranked or not that capture my attention are mature, here for the right reasons, self-aware and enjoy and desired. sex. It is “transactional “ but they offer authentic fun.

I have only been provider for a few years so I cannot speak on how places were before covid or certain iconic platforms (rip b*ckpage). When you you think things started to take a turn in DC?
I just feel that I have been priced out pretty much at this point. I am into white girls (different from my own ethnicity), it is sad that my income increase lags much more behind the price these days. My mentality still stays at 300-400 per visit and I am a one shot type of person, and now I could not even find much hhr rate in that range in this region. I missed just a few years ago when there were still a few traveling agencies that fit the requirement, nowadays not so much. I did not have a local ATF unfortunately since I did not play that frequently for the aforementioned reasons.
