but  its hard to say which positions providers like the most. I know most have told me they like Doggy as well. I guess some providers are maybe to lazy to ride. I think some honestly don't like the feel of being on top.

Concur that most seems to answer doggy; personal opinion is that it is the position that requires the least effort on their part (clearly as opposed to CG) and the most effort on the guys part - and I think that the effort on the guys part also leads to a quicker conclusion (again as opposed to CG).

if you think that most providers are motivated by "maximum pleasure" for themselves in each session.  Maybe the "one or two guys a day" gals may be thinking that way.  But I seriously doubt that the agency gals (and indy gals who see multiple guys a day) are thinking of that when they are on guy #4 of their 6 guy shift.  In those cases, the "maximum pleasure" in a session is probably when the session ends without any negative incidents.
I'm not saying that these women don't get any pleasure out of any of their encounters.  I just think that very few, if any, are so highly sexed that they are getting off (or trying to get off) with every guy in every session, and therefore choosing sex positions that turn them on.
