Read the court records today eh? I sure hope you aren't alleging you work for the court system, the MPD or are otherwise affiliated with the legal system..as the folks handling the defense of this case with the severity of the charges leveled would be pretty interested in your passing this information along in this manner and might want to have a word with you.
