I was thinking of calling or emailing her myself and did not because I was unable to find a review anywhere and can hardly imagine a provider with any time in would not have any reviews.  Still a little new at this and kind of nervous so I passed.  I followed the advise regarding googling her number and did not have any luck.  Such a shame because she is my type and close by.
