Read the FBI warrant for the guys arrest. It was a good read. Looks like things were going along good for the pimp until the teenager asked for a raise. She was billing out $250/hour and he was getting $125/hour.

He is in trouble in Virginia because the age of consent is 18. In Maryland the age of consent is 16. If you traffic or rent a teenager out in Maryland under 18 extra time in jail.

WASHINGTON - A security guard at Westfield Wheaton Mall is accused of running a prostitution business. Police say xxxx admitted to walking around the mall trying to lure young women.

According to the affidavit, this all came to light on May 31 when a mother of a 16-year-old Virginia girl called police. She had just learned her daughter was working as a prostitute with a man she met online. He went by the name Jason Pathers, but the FBI knows him as xxxx.

According to federal charging documents, he has been pimping out girls since October of 2010, using his job as a security guard at Westfield Wheaton Mall to beef up his escort service.

The 16-year-old told police she met xxxx through the social networking site Tagged. She thought she was chatting with another female, but a couple weeks later, xxxx revealed himself.

The affidavit reveals xxxx had sex with the 16-year-old girl several times, took explicit pictures of her in her bra and underwear and some without anything on. The girl told police xxxx then started pimping her out over a two to three week period.

After getting the call on May 31 from the 16-year-old girl's mother, police moved in on xxxx, arresting him the very next day.

The website for xxxx's company, xxxx, shows an explicit video of a girl. Another page says, "My team and I travel to different states to to show case the best talent of girls around. The states are NYC, MIAMI, CALI.”

FOX 5 tracked xxxx to a Silver Spring home. The woman who answered the door confirmed he lived there, but said she is not associated with him.

Neighbors say they are floored by the news.

“When we found out this morning, we were incredibly surprised. This is a family neighborhood, kids on every home on this block. We never noticed anything,” said a neighbor.

Neighbors say this whole thing is prompting them to talk to their children, discussing what to do if they are ever approached by someone.

FOX 5 called the contact number listed on xxxx's website, but it has been disconnected.

While what the guard did was digusting, as an economic argument it could be said that the girl was overpaid. How much of a percentage of the profits do you think you get at your job? Having worked in retail and direct sales I never got more than a 20% commission. In fact it's been shown that workers today are much less compensated than at any other time as there is a greater difference between manager and employee pay. I still say that SEIU should look into representing providers.

Sit around doing nothing most of the time while the girls are hard at work getting their p**sy pumped each hour back to back. Oh yeah, offer "protection" when in fact they are the ones these girls need to be protected from.

Maybe I'm thoroughly confused as to what their job entails but I'm pretty sure it won't be deserving of a 50% cut.

Plenty of independent girls in the area who can prove that they can run the business without a pimp. In fact, if you ask me, a pimp's real job description is nothing more than an inflated nonsense serving nothing more than to justify their own existence... ;)

This is a very educational movie if for no other reason than to prove that such people still do exist and have some level of sucess at it. I saw this in theatrical release twice in a weekend. Sure everyone says they have no idea what these guys do to deserve their cut but may I suggest that you read today's Post and try to tell me what the difference is between what these guys do and what corporate America does.

It's the principle.

I don't see what good comes out of human trafficking, holding people against their will. etc.

Selling drugs is good business too just like any other business in corporate america, but you have to consider the aftermath, by products, and over all impact.

Let me get something established: I don't favor under aged working girls, I don't favor anyone being pressed into prostitution, and I don't think most women the business fit these discriptions. I don't know what your work experience has been like but I've crossed paths with several supervisors and managers  who were clueless as to how to run operations and treat people. I worked for a publicaly traded manufacturer that didn't offer sick leave and trying to get vacation was like trying to get a papal dispensation. In my opinion there is easier entry and exit in prostitution than there is in any profession. If a lady's pimp or madame is a headcase in most instances she can leave to work independently or for another agency. Try doing this in the legitimate job market.
