Do not, and I repeat DO NOT become patrons of any agencies. Avoid all of them like plague.

Telling you from experience. I used to frequent DMV (Former PrimeDC) and ClassyDC. They are favorite targets for LE.  Sooner or later they all will get in trouble, and your name and phone number will be posted all over the Internet for ridicule.

Now, I only hobby with well reviewed independent providers.  There is plenty of fish in the sea. Independents are also subject to some risk. As nothing is risk free. Not even US Treasuries, but there are just way too many of them for LE to bust, and LE don't get much from busting them. They can make a bigger splash by busting these agencies.

Some hobbyists were recently questioned by LE knocking on the door when hobbyists and providers were wrapping things up in the hotel room. This was in Tysons  Corner, VA, and the girl belonged to some agency. Which one? I don't know but "some" agency.

then yes by all means, call up DMVindys. I no longer frequent the DC agencies. I've had some good experiences with some of the girls, but over time realized how they operate, by scheduling back to back appointments. They couldn't care less about the girls. It's no wonder most girls who use these agencies only last a few tours. I now only visit independents who call their own shots.
