I don't know I'm just really frustrated. Having bad luck lately with all the providers I've contacted and things falling through... must be something I'm doing but I just don't see what

Late-night providing + no car in DMV area does not make for a good combo!

I understand that providers are unwilling to blindly provide addresses for their own safety, but it makes coordinating meet-ups nearly impossible. Especially when they're unwilling to respond to texts or not responsive to calls.

I can't just have a cabbie sit around in an approximate neighborhood/area while I wait for an exact destination... that's shady as hell especially this late at night.

 
Transportation (and not money) is truly the limiting factor for my enjoying this hobby atm.
OK I'm done with my rant now. Is there an obvious solution to this problem that I'm just not seeing?

If they're located close to a station, it's reasonable to just say "let me know when you're at X station" -- or are you staying out past when the trains stop?

There's also the option of meeting at an all-night coffeeshop or similar, if there's one nearby.

Or it may be an unavoidable side effect of impulsivity - most of us, if given at least a day or so to screen (I can usually manage in a day, sometimes less depending on when I'm contacted) can reduce or eliminate the frustration you're talking about.

I do suggest P411.  It has a nifty "available now" feature that might work well with what you're aiming for; check who's listed at that moment, contact and see how things go.  P411 also has the advantage that you've got a basic pre-screen in place for any provider on there.

Alternatively, scout in advance for ladies you think you'd like to see at some point and ask to be pre-screened; that way things get a lot faster/easier when the itch strikes because you're already a known quantity.

most of the ladies here require booking/planning up to weeks in advance.
Sometimes I don't have the foresight to anticipate my late night urges...

Makes it easier for my clients to get around. When I am in NoVa many times I have clients coming to see me from DC and they would rather not deal with driving back and forth. And I don't blame them one bit. But late night can be tricky and definitely where you might want to book that at least a day in advance. But I undestand when the mood hits it hits. Now for girls not responding to late night calls or texts that's another situation. Maybe they aren't available, are booked up or something.
