I agree with what someone above said, that CBJ is a no-no for me. BBBJ, regardless of CIM or not, is required. A CIM is a major bonus for me.

I think most take offense if you don't swallow or at least look like it and/or if they hear you spit. I think it feels more personal to em' if the girls swallow.
