Yes-They are fine

They have a LOT of Russian speaking women.  Their two-hours rate is $500 IF you join their mailing list  I had a nice time

sending an email to [email protected]  I do not remember how I got my name on their mailing list.  It must have been through their website.

This agency does not send many women to Washington.
