It took me a long time to include this in my services because of safety reasons. So, I would consider that when I wonder why someone doesn't do it.  9 times out of 10 girls don't do it because they are afraid of STIs.  

Personally I feel this is more intimate.   GFE is about developing a relationship from my perspective.  The idea of just offerring that without a sense of knowing the man I am with is odd- so I do get what hoo mean by it being GFE  

The way I see it, GFE and PSE satisfy two very different needs. GFE is about more of an emotional connection. A GFE date is much more like a traditional date where there’s a genuine desire to get to know each other, make each other happy, and share something that should feel natural and intimate. Whereas a PSE date is usually about pushing limits, trying new things, and experiencing the kind of fantasy that most people only get to see in, well, porn.

Like all matters in relationships, it seems you and her were speaking different languages. When in doubt, clarify up front. A little research before your date might have clarified this misunderstanding prior to booking.
