A few agency providers have told me about their experience with the level of scrutiny at IAD now with stricter immigration policies and ICE running around. Let's not forget many of the agency providers are immigrants regardless of the city.

Many of the girls I want to see again are not touring DC anymore.  My top four active girls have skipped DC on their tours for the last year.  Add on several amazing girls have retired, there are less options.  

The market in DC is very saturated and a lot of clients complain about location if you’re not in their neighborhood.
