Read in today's Sun about busts in Laurel. All involved bottom feeder pimps exploiting girls in low end "ho' tels". What should concern serious hobbiests is that LE stated it will use a carrot/stick appraoch. The carrot being an education campaign for hotel mamagement and staff about how to recognize trafficing activity and the stick being stiff enforcement of regulations at hotels frequented for incall. It may also be possible to prosecute the hotel owners or management for any activity that occurs on the property.
