Might be that you're number/email is known as belonging to an exceptionally large guy. I've not ever heard of one asking for a dick pic -- and would not send one myself. I think I would just let them know I am not comfortable with that but would be fine with any of their girls declining me once they see it first hand and that they should let the specific girl know that. Might solve that problem for you -- assuming you're willing to risk getting told you're too large and the session cannot take place.

Did you use another K-girl agency as reference?
