Interestingly, there are YouTube channels for elevator enthusiasts that post videos of riding elevators at various hotels in the region.  Search for them and you can find some hotels that are key free.  If a hotel you are interested in using does not have a video you can always call and ask about their security measures and whether the elevator has a key card, or search through trip advisor reviews for relevant key terms (i.e. security, access, cards, elevator, etc.).
