I talked to her and she sounds nice. I couldn't find any reviews for her. Anyone got details?

I'm definitely not good at spotting the fakes.

looks like BS to me for the following reasons:

photos look like they're not of the same person (the stripes picture looks like a different girl than the one next to the vehicle)

price of $$6 fits with known scammers

e-mail address seems fake (i've noticed the fakes consistetly have dots in the handle....e.g. [email protected])

She expected me to buy her car, pay the rent,do the  grocery shopping, give her 500 a week for clothes, my Visa, and all she would do for me was talk..YMMV
The only way I saw her naked was my hidden shower cam.
