So I was supposed to have an appt this evening with a very popular girl who works for one of the agencies that frequents tysons...had to wait two days to get an appt with her.  Got there and waited...and waited...after half an hour, I left and then got a call that they've been unable to reach her this whole time.  I genuinely hope she's ok, but my guess...and experience...tells me that she prob is just flat worn out and decided to take a break...and I don't blame her!  I've heard from several girls that it's not uncommon for them to get 8, 10, or more appts in a day with no breaks...When they complain, they get yelled at, pressured, and threatened...these girls are not machines...and that kind of volume also creates quite a risk as it gets the attention from hotel security (i know a girl that got busted not long ago for that very reason)...so hey, why not stop being greedy and give the girls a break...

after all, they come here for a week or so to rake in some money. That's what many of em have told me anyway. They want as much work as they can get for the few days or a week that they are here.

It seems as though any day I want to see any of the local agency ladies they are available.

If I ask the day before I can get my exact time preference.

If I have a late date she seems revved up and ready to go. Sometimes not as much *early* in the day however. Of course a lot of the youngsters will sleep until 11am if you let em lol.

I have never had an experience with an agency girl who seemed "run down"

The girls are just telling you what you want to hear...sure they're motivated by money, but if you took the time to talk to them, you'd find that they really hate it...and if they had their druthers, they'd much rather be doing something else...anything else...than you...delude yourself all you want, but that's the reality...

I'm sorry you had a bad experience but it seems that since you aren't outing the agency you can't be that upset or aren't telling the story in it's entirety...based off your response below it just sounds like you are being a WK...

I am quite capable of establishing rapport and drawing someone out in conversation. And listening well.

And I have no vested interest at all in whether the girls want more work or less work.

The subject matter at hand was not what a girl would rather be doing - in some cases you are probably right. Though in quite a few I know that is not the case at all....  so - speak for yourself lol

too hard? Maybe. But I have not seen any "symptoms"  of this.

But more than they want to work? The agencies I use do not seem to be doing so. Based on some of the data I mentioned earlier and on the fact that the only complaints I have heard were along the lines of not getting enough work.

I once saw a girl at one of the cheaper agencies and she said I was the third customer and that it was too slow! That's when I thought I realized the truth about how much money these girls actually earn. I asked her how many she needed a day and she said she'd like at least five customers a day.

I thought five was normal until a few months later another girl said that I was the fifth customer and that it was too slow and that she was going to leave the next day because there weren't enough customers. Whew.

Shortly before Christmas on a weekday I had a girl come in because of me and leave at the same time as me to get her hair done. I've heard from multiple ones there is too much waiting and a need to have a iBook or something around to pass the time.

I don't think you would find too many agencies that would be willing to start a lady off slowly. If the demand is there they are going to want her to work......

There are some agencies that are really just representatives who provide advertising and handle screening and calls, but let the ladies set their own business parameters.

You just automatically assumed the agency in question "overworked" the girl. There could have been a number of things that went wrong. Maybe she fell asleep? Maybe she left the room and forgot her phone? Maybe she's lazy? Maybe she was in a bad mood? Maybe she just decided she didn't want to do this anymore?

The point is, don't go making assumptions based off of lack of evidence. Not all agencies are horrible, greedy, tyrants that don't care about the girls that work for them.

I no longer use certain agencies. And yes, they work out of the Tysons Corner area. They always have some hotties on the roster but it does not matter to me.

In my case it was the same exp twice. I paid my $$$ and after 20 min the girl started to apologize that her cab was waiting to take her to an outcall (her 11th client of the day) and had to cut my session short. I got myself the equivalent of a High School quickie like as if the parents were going to come downstairs and catch us. About 35 minutes and I was rushed out the door. I brought it up with the agency management but did not even get an apology. Not that I care because the money was gone and the experience ruined so it is a moot point now.

They just lost me as a customer. Its not like they are the only agency that havs hotties on the roster so no big deal.

Agreed!!!  Every agency girl i have seen has nothing but great things to say about their respective boss.  I have actually heard of girls wanting more sessions and the agency asking that they take the rest of the day off, as they did not want them to be overworked!!!

Maybe not all agencies are run by greedy tyrants but some are. I know this for sure. Most of the time the girls dont know what they are getting themselves into. They just think about the money and wind up getting in way over their heads. Next thing you know customer service goes out the window.

if you are a preferred client, as well you may be, the agencies (as well as some of the indies) may be more on their toes with you.

Don't do it for me, I could care less. But for those who like to come here and find useful information to help make an informed decision who to see and where to go.

The OP did nothing but complain and provided no reference of who and what agency he was referring.

In my opinion it is useless drivel from someone with no experience or real knowledge of the subject he is talking about.

Just because some agencies have "less than stellar" management does not mean everyone should just jump to conclusions when a session goes wrong and just blame it on the agency management.

if it is repeated then and I hear the same complaints from other hobbyists then there may be some merit to the acusations of mismanagement.

Also I agree with you that not all agencies are run by corrupt people. TGND comes to mind where you have a person running the show who genuinely cares about her girls and does not overwork them.

Talk about missing the point...If you read the op, it was addressed to the agencies...and contrary to your myopic view, this board is not just for the hobbiests...it's for all members of the community...if you don't personally get benefit from a particular post and think it should be otherwise, suggest you become a moderator or start your own board...clearly there are some who have similar concerns and understand the bigger picture(I.e. They get that this is not solely about them).

I did find it interesting that nobody seemed too concerned about the safety risk associated with overworking providers...that is that a constant parade to a particular door draws unnecessary attention...how's that for being of general interest to a hobbiest?

I didn't call out this particular agency because they're not the only ones guilty of overbooking...many do it...as an earlier post said, agencies make their money on volume...it's just the nature of the business model...my point was to remind them that that model has some inherent unnecessary risks...

And just for the record, son...I've got over 20 years in this lifestyle...on all sides of the business...I stay utr for the most part primarily because of idiots like you who like to shoot off at their keyboards anonymously and spout ridiculous drivel...
