I have been doing this for many years and I live near Rockville, but I avoid hobbying in MoCo and go to Tysons for most of my dates.  Even driving to BWI is better. IMHO

Montgomery County is more serious about enforcement that other jurisdictions in the area. Most providers stick to Arlington (mostly Crystal City), Fairfax (especially Tysons), or the DuPont Circle area in DC for that reason.

Agreed. I stay away from MoCo. There have also been stings in Howard Co the last few years. Ann Arundel scares me as well. I've seen undercover LE in a hotel there at the incall. Their navy blue windbreaker jackets, and sunglasses gave them away . We're not safe anywhere but I stick to Tysons, downtown DC, and BWI.

As long as you are discreet and careful there is no reason not to see a provider in the Rockville area.

MoCo’s vice unit has a reputation as being the most aggressive in the DMV. I see your point about feeling safe with a known provider, but it’s my opinion that the risk is still there. Much safer to drive across the American Legion bridge and hobby in Tysons.

If MC Vice wanted to set up a sting and bust you they could do so in a heartbeat.  The fact that you have evaded LE has very little to do with your screening methods.

Exactly this. A lot of the companions who screen have been caught in stings before.
