What with providers that post an e-mail address, and when you e-mail them three or four times you never get an answer. I know that provider must be very careful because LE is always out there. So when I contact a provider by e-mail I offer to give any info that they would need to approve me for a visit. I still get very little response if any. Maybe I’ve been wording my e-mails wrong.  I have only been at the hobby for about a year, so I guess I’m still considered a newby, and I have only posted 1 review, but I’ve been active on the discussion board for a while. So I’m looking for advice from some of the more experienced guys on this board.

Don't take it personally some girls are on their game but more are not.

So, a reply in a week seems to be the norm however many are not even returned

Similar experience...potentially they prefer a phone call?  Or busy as hell.  Or you creeped them out.

Im sure a lot of guys will agree when I say that even with an ATF its hard to get in contact with at times.

Personally I have issues with an ill family member that makes my availability a bit nutty at times.
Dont take it personal these girls dont even know you. Just try to email a couple that you would like to see and im sure you will get at least 1 or 2 replies....
Good luck!

I fully understand that some ladies may prefer to handle communication by phone. I just don't understand why the email address is then displayed predominantly on their website. If some of these ladies would just respond to their emails they could spend a lot less money on advertising.

There are exceptions, Lindsay has always been great at getting back to me. I email her asking if a specific lady is available at a certain time. She gets back to me quickly. If the lady is not available at the time requested she lets me know when that lady is available, and who else is available at the time I requested. I have used her service many times simply because she was the only one who responded to me. There are a few others that are good at getting back to me (like MC, Vero), but they are the exceptions.

It seems like when you email certain ladies and agencies if they are not available right then they don't bother responding to you. That is their call, but I think it does cost them a bit of business.

It sounds like you are using the right approach. I basically let them know who I am interested in seeing and rough times (sometimes this is a several day window). I then offer to supply them with whatever information they need to schedule the appointment.

Some providers do ignore lude/explicit e-mails. Some e-mails just get caught up in the other 100s of e-mails a provider might get in a day. (We get alot of spam from porn sites and escorts ad agencies). If you have heard good things about the provider and sent a couple e-mails, try a follow up phone call if you hear nothing. Sometimes mail because of reasons unknown gets sent to my junk mail/trash and I never see it.
Or if a girl is on an extended vacation it might take awhile to get back to you.

Kisses,
Vanica

I myself would rather email first. If I am just inquiring when a gorgeous provider (Vanica) is coming to my town, I would rather not bother them with a phone call. If it takes a few days for an answer, thats fine.
However, if the lady is already in my area and I dont get a response within a certain time frame, then I would call. I would imagine there are alot of opinions on this subject.

Thanks for the advice I'll try a little more phone and a little less e-mail by the way lindsy always has answered me back she really good about that

Did it ever occur to you that PC's, laptops and PDA cell phones are mechanical/electrical devices which are subject to breaking down, crashing, viruses, etc., etc?  Many times I have had providers tell me that their 'puters have been out of commission and they are having one heckuva' time trying to GET them back up and KEEP them up.

We make enough  $$$$ We can afford to respond promptly to emails....I even return the email when he asks about a state I never have been to or don't have plans for..it is a business...it requires time and comittment....and in less than 6 months I bought a new laptop...it takes $$$$ to make $$$$

It depends upon the provider, sexy.  Some do low volume for any of a variety of reasons.  That does not mean that they aren't excellent.  But if they are part timers and such, it can take a while sometimes (with the other expenses).

in a provider is not a call I made...If we want to limit the discussion to full time indies and angencies..I would hope they make an effort to return emails..have the equipment needed..if not they are hurting their business...my response cut and dry is this...and I haven't been in a year..we FULL time ladies make enough $$$$$$ to afford laptops...and all of the rest of the stuff in order to operate a  business..if you set priorities...not everyone has the same priorities..BUT the $$$$ is there without a doubt...

I think trying to respond to your clients and potential clients is all part of good customer service. If I gave my clients an email address and never responded to it I would have some irritated people.

Ponz - I am not talking about emailing a young lady once and not getting a response. This can happen easily due to broken equipment, email overload, vacations...

What I don't understand is multiple polite emails being ignored. For instance the email address at dcbeauties is  appointments@..., should probably read noappointments@... Based on the recommendation of someone here I have emailed them multiple times, even mentioning their regular customer who recommended I contact them. I was interested in two ladies that are here in town and wanted to see if either was available on selected dates. None of the emails was returned. A one line response asking me to call would have been better than nothing. I know I can solve this by calling, but I end up with a lot of down time in clients offices where I can discreetly send emails, but can not call.

I read a lot of good reasons why we don't get replys. But I'm not talking about 1 e-mail some times I will send 7 or 8 over a two weeks before I give up on a provider. I thik Sexy is right it's just poor business. Jc is has a very good point a one liner saying call would be enough.

Dan,

I send just one. If she doesn't reply I save a link to her site in a favorites folder called "No response" and I move on.

If you're sending 7 or 8 in two weeks, I'm going to guess that your enthusism might actually be scaring them a bit.

Lex, I'm sure you get a lot that don't respond. LOL But I'm curious, why even bother safing them to a no response folder.

Which brings up a whole new topic maybe that I have had. How does anyone keep it organized. Geez, so many ladies and so little time. LOL

Smarty, my memory isn't that great - I save them there so I don't bother to email them again in a month.

I have had some providers do that to me though. Get a hello email and sure I'd like to see you, two weeks later I get the same email from the same provider. Go figure. LOL
