I'm in town on business until tomorrow afternoon and came across Rachel Love's ad on BP, but can't seem to fnd any info here.  Any info.   Too good to be true?

For $150, I would say FBSM at most. Most scammers don't have this elaborate websites.

Proceed with caution, and if you do, would love to hear your findings.

Caution...lots of usage of these photos (with obvious good reason). But go with the big head on this one.
