If she went out the night before with friends, but didn't hydrate after drinks, the mouth can be drier than usual, which makes it tough to do. Or if she ate a couple hours beforehand, it can cause a gag reflex, and she can get some reflux. Dry weather or dry air in the room can take it's toll too. Every day is different for everyone. Except the extremely gifted.
Some guys, believe it or not, don't like the gagging sounds. They keep apologizing, and I know it's a huge turn on for many guys.
