Vanessa Dash posted a response to the gentleman who was looking for his money back and they have worked something out. In fairness I think she should repost her response so everyone can see it. The previous thread is buried on the second page and lot of people will miss her response.

LNQR - Not out of line at all. You are right a lot of important information gets buried quickly. I have used an internatinal board that sorts by the last update. That way when a hot thread comes along it stays on top for longer, and worthless threads quickly go away.
Good to see things taken care of. I hope it returns some credibility to this agency and those that work their. I decided once the original discussion started to stick my nose into their business and contacted Vanessa Dash by email allowing her to defend, repute, and or correct the problem. I have seen a few of her providers and only once was it less then what I would have liked, which I posted a review on. Of course I took it on the cuff and did not contact her about this X provider, I should have.
In any case, it didn't stop me on 2 other occasions which turned out good and I will more then likely use the services they provide once more - I have Jasmine on my mind - LOL...
I am the one that asked for advice on this matter...and seems like it stirred something. I have to say if I called and spoked to Vanessa instead of emailing back and forth...I would not have had to post a message. I misunderstood the situation at hand...mostly because communicating through email isnt always the most clear and details can be missed...but in any event after I talked to Vanessa on the phone I realized we were square/straight. I didnt mean any disrespect to her or her service. I'll still use her service and think everyone should think of her girls. I just wish I would have spoken to her before I started this mess. But I know now and I appreciate the help of everyone's advice and trying to help me.
I am glad that things are worked out. Miscommunication is mundane in this business. It is always good to have another way of communication besides email. I would think that a phone call would have been appropriate after efforts via email resulted in an undesirable outcome. Although I am the email queen, I always touch base verbally, so that there is no misunderstanding on my part.
Vanessa is easy to talk to, and I would think she would have been accessible via phone. Running an Agency has it’s ups and downs, but like she stated “I have been in business for a very long time as one of the postings said, this is true and to have done this I have to be doing something right.” I can vouch for her longevity in this business, like several other well-known independents, I myself am a former D.C Hot Girl. And to add to her credit, I can honestly say, I learned a lot invaluable information about the business from her. Like I originally stated, there are 2 sides to every story….
