Just posted this on the general boards but figured i'd post here also:

When writing/researching reviews, this should definitely be a category. It's definitely a dealbreaker for a big enough percentage of us that this should be considered.

Any thoughts?

I model in my civie life and i can tell you that most of the girls have them either from growth spurts or whatever and yes majority are in top physical form yet have stretchmarks and cellulite.
So if its a deal breaker, many men would be sol. My $0.02

It could be included but would be redundent. In the build catagory ladies with stretch marks could be classified as flabby.

...Like I said it depends on placement and severity.  Two sessions come to mind:
