I am looking for an apartment to rent in the VA area. under 800 a month..NO animals, just me and will only need it 2-4 days a week... can supply security deposit/on time payments via paypal, cash or check or __.... I am looking to set up a small dungeon and do not want to travel so much up north.. somewhat of a dungeon to entertain..
I am very respectful, discreet and quiet...clean and  courteous. Safety and disrcetion a  must... for both parties .. i currently own a home and travel is getting pricey..

any one knows of an apartment or basement available... please let me know... studio, efficency or 1 bedroom.. very open..

But you might have to share it with a squirrel or two. And of course there would be the issue of me constantly sneaking up there. Pretty sure we could work out an amicable rental agreement.
