In one week I have reached the conclusion that this board is way to heavy handed in moderating for my participation. It's quite obvious anything remotely controversial is going to be dumped.  

In the last week I have had approx 4 posts that were never posted and I never received any indication as to why.

You guys have fun, but I can't handle having a moderator decide what I can or can't say on here. Flaming and causing trouble is one thing and I agree those type posts should not be allowed. But not allowing posts that diverge from the status quo? That's taking it too far in my opinion.

The ironic part of this post is it will most likely never show up on the page......LMAO!

First, in the last 7 days, there are only two of your posts that were not allowed.  

Second, there is a simple way for you to find out why your post was not allowed.  Click the button to the right that says "View My Posts", and check out all the posts you have made in the last 30 days.  there you will see the disposition of each one. Those two that were not allowed?  Well, you will actually see a reason, right there next to them!  Oops, that means you have been given an indication.  You just haven't bothered to look.

there are a whole lot of reasons why your posts may have been not allowed - most of which have nothing to do with controversy.  Take a look and see what the reasons were.  then maybe if you don't understand you could contact the mod of the board that did not allow your posts (since those two were not on this board, I can't help you) instead of whinging to the public.

It's ironic, you probably won't even read this post.  and I'm not laughing about it.

IMO, most of the Mods are quite liberal in what they permit.

 I used to be unmoderated but for some reason unknown to me, I am now moderated..Do I care ? NO.
Does it bother me? No.  
Have I asked why? No.
Do I wonder why? No.
I figure someone somewhere,  got their panties in a knot and my life goes on..
I don't let the inconsequential things in life bother me..
If reviews take three days to be posted nothings wrong with a few hours for a post IMO?

The first post that I rejected started with: "Now I know this topic has been beaten to death"

and I pulled it with the reason: "Topic has been discussed before." I don't know how you could possibly have any misunderstanding about that one. LOL

It was a post about giving employment information during screening, which BTW, you were right about it being beaten to death.  Hell, that Horse has been dismembered, interred, dug back up, and pounded with a 2 ton pile driver.

Your second post pulled was a bitch about your first post that was pulled.  Let's see??  Does a post by you bitching about one of YOUR posts being pulled need to start a thread on the General Discussion Board?  (I'll let you answer that one, but here's a hint: NO)

Try this.  Look around the boards; play with the different buttons; ask some questions - actually LEARN a little bit about the forum before you jump headfirst into a dog-shit pile of conclusions. Just a suggestion - take it FWIW.

ROTFLMAO!!  I'm constantly being panned for allowing TOO much on my boards, so thanks for a little taste of the flip side of that.
