Sometimes we choose not to see the obvious. I'd have some sympathy if this was his first time out, but he's got reviews going back 9 years.

Chalk it up to experience...move on.

but I did the same thing 20 years ago. Internet was not big and I took a chance on the local printed ads. Was a life learning experience. I now research, research, research to make sure I don't do that again.

I give the guy props for taking his lumps and posting about it.  He seems to be a very experienced hobbyist and made a mistake.

Same thing happened to me in Dallas many years ago - before TER. I'm sympathetic to the reviewer and want to thank him for giving us a heads up. Just imagine how many times they've done this but how rarely it gets reported.
