If a client in good standing requests to have their information removed or somehow obfuscated, why the refusal or stubbornly ignoring it?
There are obviously legit reasons why we would want our names or other info deleted and/or obfuscated.
The act of refusal or ignoring such requests raises suspicion as a potential indicator of who intends to use it as a bargaining chip when shit hits the fan.
I think if the fuzz had an AO owner by the balls. They already have their prize and are not bargaining for anything
I was thinking an indy might have something, but I don't think so most arrests occur when both provider and john are in the room alone together. The only thing they need is for either of them to start talking admit to something and then make an arrest, not much barganing after that, so let us not forget to just STFU.
Just see what happened in all the big busts in the past. Only the agency owners, operators and some call girls were busted. In Jean Palfrey case, only she was sentenced. No customers and hookers got in trouble. For outting some people, things ended BADLY for her... No customer has ever been prosecuted for being on the list. The only ones that got charged were those that got caught. In desert diva cases, only those that worked with the operators and owners were prosecuted (ie, people that reviewed girls for discounts). In the recent Wall Street ring bust, no johns on the list were sought after. I wouldnt worry unless you cant keep your mouth shut.
Also, I know MANY instances in which someone else uses other person's info to get verified. There was one case in which a local newspaper published a list of customers from a brothel that was brought down, and it was sued for over $ million. I guess they didnt consider the fact that one can get verified using other people's information.
Cops KNOW that so they unless convict, charge or release names when they WITNESSED or RECORDED the acts or convo between two people. That is why DONT ever talk about sex over the email or phone. You might be getting TAPPED!veno
