Same thing happened to me except I got a response but they acted like I hadn't filled anything out, and then didn't respond.  It was weird.

...to my email.  Just like locke, they asked for info that I had provided using their online form.  I sent them most of the info again and they responded with call, email and text!  Everything is fine, now.
